ZBrush to Maya workflow for beginners by Kurt Boutilier



This Free tutorial teaches new users how to import a base OBJ mesh into Z-Brush to start getting familiar with the tools and settings needed to create more detailed models for use in your own projects. The tutorial begins by importing a base mesh head into Z-Brush and then the face is sculpted using a variety of tools, brushes and alphas to add detail. Once the head is finished you will learn how to create a displacement map and import your base model back into Maya for high quaility renders.
